I think good things come in small packages. The Philippines are extremely humid so the heat and moisture buildup in his boots is tremendous. Can you imagine how damp his socks must get?

The boots are most likely made by the Gibson shoe company. Notice the cop's smooth muscular torso. I don't know his ethnicity and language but Tagalog should suffice.
