Have you ever been around a guy you know has been wearing the same pair of dress shoes and dress socks for fourteen hours--at least? I have this past Sunday.

And this past Friday, I told a tourist at our local historical museum that he could walk around in an exhibit, a replica of a farmhouse, but he'd have to take off his shoes. The guy was slightly built, blond, a geology major, and had on a teal T-shirt, jeans, and kicked off what turned out to be six-inch work boots that I picked up to put out of the way. And they were humid and warm. I hope to see him around.
