Off-Brand Sneakers (a post in progress)

In this post, I plan to discuss and describe the various off-brand sneakers one used to see in the seventies through nineties. I remember seeing a lot of Jox in the late `80s. Even as recently as the mid-90s I encountered a Swiss exchange student in college who had on Jox running shoes.

I wonder if these shoes, especially the Jox and Trax, tended to get really ripe.

Trax are a K-Mart brand.
